James McNulty & Co have been our family solicitors since my grandfather’s time. They have always been very helpful in getting the legal work done for us and keeping us on the right side of the law!
Heather Rainey gave us great advice. Heather farms herself so as a young farmer she has a great insight into how the entitlements work and she helped us with our appeal.
I dealt with Cathal Murray for a summons I received for polluting the river. Cathal came out to inspect the tank and took photos which he later produced to the judge when it came to the court. I got off with a small fine. I was very impressed with his knowledge of farming and how he presented everything to the judge .
Deirdre McSorley represented us when we bought some land that marched our home farm. There were some problems over a right of way that Deirdre was able to resolve and all went smoothly and on time.
Thanks to Eileen Hackett who dealt with our case when we sold off a portion of ground to a neighbour. Despite the unnecessary problems raised by the bank Eileen was able to sort everything out for us and the sale went through.
