Trained, Dementia Friendly employees

All of our employees have completed Dementia Friends training and our goal is to deliver these vital information sessions to any new staff members that join the company. We have also sourced more advanced training for our employees who regularly work with clients affected by dementia.

Safe & accessible office

We have conducted a comprehensive audit of our office to ensure that everything is as safe and accessible as possible. We understand that those with dementia may feel vulnerable in unfamiliar surroundings, which is why our staff have been trained on how to safeguard any and all clients that enter our premises. Client care is our number one priority.

Home visits

Whilst all measures have been taken to ensure that our office is safe and accessible, we understand that not everyone will be able to make their way into see us due to factors associated with dementia. That is why we have made the decision to do home visits to help alleviate the worry and stress associated with travelling to our premises. We can visit you at a location in which you are comfortable. We believe that everyone deserves the right to access legal services and will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
