The firm’s core areas of work are Property, Probate and Wills, Personal injury and Agricultural matters. At James McNulty & Co Solicitors, we agree our fee with you at the outset of your legal matter and then get on with the job. Unless we have your consent no further costs will be added to your invoice.
We understand our clients expect to get hold of us promptly; therefore, our solicitors are in the office rather than at court and can return your calls or emails promptly.
For your convenience, we also offer client appointments from 7am to 7pm and provide parking at the front of our office.

Cathal Murray is the Senior Partner of the firm having attended Queen’s University and worked for several years in Belfast before joining the practice. Cathal deals with all types of personal injury claims and is as a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Deirdre McSorley is a graduate of Queens University, Belfast and has practised with the firm since 1978. Deirdre specialises in Property matters, Wills, Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning, Probate, Agricultural matters, and Elderly Client Care advice.
Deirdre has a keen interest in education and has been a member of the Board of Governors of St. Ciaran’s College Ballygawley since 1997, serving as Chair of that body since 2002.
Shauna Allison joined the firm in 2008. Shauna graduated from Queen’s University Belfast where she completed a Degree in Law with French. She spent a year living in France as an Erasmus student where she attended University in Lyon and received a French university diploma for success in all exams.
Shauna deals with property, wills & probate work as well as elderly client care and Administration of Estates work.
Eileen Hackett joined the firm in 2017, having previously worked in general practice for a number of years. Eileen graduated from the University of Ulster in 2008 with a Degree in Law & Economics and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. Eileen specialises in Property matters, Wills, Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning, Probate, Agricultural matters, and Elderly Client Care advice.
Paul Maguire is a consultant with the firm. Paul’s particular interests include commercial matters, estate planning and property transactions. Paul holds a doctorate in music and plays regularly with many groups.
